According to Sangestan Mahallat, the workshop of Iran University of Science and Technology was held in 2016 at the place of Tehran International Exhibition and at the same time as the 8th Tehran International Stone Exhibition.

The main goal of this workshop was to study the methods of installing stone panels in the facade, which began with the presentation of Dr. Seyed Hossein Mousavi (Professor at the University of Lisbon, Portugal). After that, the practical part of the workshop started, and the stones of Sangestan Mahalat company were placed on a wooden structure. After the 8th Tehran International Stone Exhibition, this architectural structure was moved to the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Science and Technology.
